Yeo Vale Forest School provides outdoor adventures for children and adults of all ages.

​Based in North Somerset, we currently run three groups for children up to 6 yrs, and a separate group for home educating families.​​

Our newest adventure is Nature Play sessions on Wednesday mornings at Five Acre Farm in Backwell, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome children and adults into this beautiful venue.

​

Nature Play encourages children to interact freely with the outdoor environment. Our activities help foster a love for nature, and a desire to protect it. Our stories, nature trails and woodland craft keep little hands busy, and our snacks cooked on the fire make sure tummies are full too.  We pride ourselves on the friendships that have grown from our groups, amongst both the children and their carers.

This term, we have access to an indoor space to keep us warmer in the winter months and we are hoping to establish a growing/digging area for the children.

During the rest of our week, we deliver Forest School sessions in a range of schools, and three after school clubs in Yatton Primary.

Our woodland parties are very popular. They are based in our own woodland in Brockley Combe, with a huge parachute shelter, fire pit, and lots of activity stations to keep everyone busy. Contact us to book a date.​​​​​
